Resolution and Filing of Employee Complaints of
Discrimination and Harassment
at California State University, Fullerton
Employees are strongly encouraged to contact any of the following university officials to seek advice and assistance pertaining to the University's policies and complaint resolution procedures for sexual harassment, employment discrimination or harassment:

They will assist you in understanding available options (informal versus formal) for a good faith review of your concerns and potential resolutions.
The California State University is committed to maintaining a work
environment where every employee, applicant, and independent contractor is
treated with dignity and respect. CSU will not tolerate unlawful
harassment based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex,
sexual orientation, marital status, covered veterans status, physical
disability, mental disability, or medical condition. The CSU will respond to all
harassment and discrimination complaints brought to its attention in a timely manner. Employees who want to file a formal complaint of discrimination and are covered by a collective bargaining agreement are directed to the grievance or complaint provisions in their respective labor contracts if such provisions exist. CSU employees who are either, not in a bargaining unit, or whose labor contract does not provide any complaint or grievance procedure for civil rights claims (or for the specific kind of civil rights claim at issue, e.g. co-worker harassment), should use the procedures set forth in, Executive Orders 419 or 928."
Complaint Procedure for Applicants for Employment, Independent Contractors, Vendors and Non CSUF Employees
Applicants for employment and independent contractors may file such
complaints directly with the Office of Diversity & Equity Programs.
