full- and part-time faculty and a diverse student body of approximately

Sales
Tenure-Track
Position
The individual chosen for this position will be responsible for
taking the lead in building a strong sales program and creating
relationships with businesses in our vibrant economic region. The
sales program will include a state-of-the-art, multi-media laboratory
in the new College of Business complex which is under construction.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Marketing from an AACSB accredited or equivalent university
- University-level teaching experience with evidence of high quality
teaching
- Experience with sales-related software and knowledge of relevant
media and technology
Preferred Profile
- Evidence of high quality teaching at University level
- Evidence of on-going scholarly activity and a well-defined research
agenda for publications in high-quality journals
- Evidence of relevant industry experience and ability to develop
strong relationships with sales community
- Ability to increase interest in and the popularity of Sales
as an area in Marketing
- A strong desire to work with a diverse student body as well
as advise and interact with students
- Evidence of use of appropriate teaching approach and use of
technology in the classroom
- Ability to work with others throughout the college, university
and surrounding communities
Rank and Salary
This is a tenure-track position at the Assistant/Associate Professor
level. Salary is competitive and commensurate with rank, experience
